Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all data Sharpsel holds about you. Here's exactly how to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from Settings (Fastest)

If you have access to your Sharpsel account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, business data, products, orders, and customer records immediately.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to:

support@sharpsel.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include the email address associated with your Sharpsel account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

✓Your account and login credentials
✓Business profile (name, WhatsApp number, bank details)
✓All product listings
✓All order history
✓Customer phone numbers and records
✓All stored API keys and integrations

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or financial compliance purposes — for example, payment transaction records required under Nigerian financial regulations. This data is held only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
